Working as an IT Support Technician, you and 4 other team members will be providing 1 and 2 Line support to users from different companies in different sectors. Day-to-day duties of an IT Support Technician include assigning and resolving tickets, escalating unresolved issues, software administration, and consistently ensuring customer satisfaction.
