The team is ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners guides.Are you a paralegal with at least 6 months of legal housing experience with a 2:1 degree? You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and develop within a leading regional law firm.What You Will Be Doing

Manage your own caseload consisting of mainly disrepair, possession, injunction and private landlord matters.Meet financial and billing targets and assist other fee earners.Draft advice court documents, bundles, witness statements, statements of costs, and briefing and corresponding with Counsel.Undertake legal research, attend clients’ offices and Courts, conduct financial due diligence and handle new enquiries.Provide clients with a dedicated and professional service and provide administrative support to the team; responsible for file maintenance.This opportunity is positioned as a long-term career opportunity within the firm.Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

At least 6 months of experience within a legal Housing department in a solicitor’s firm or professional services firm – EssentialExperience of using case management systems – DesirableGood communication skills both verbally and in writing – EssentialQualifications
