Expert Product Selling: Act as a knowledge leader in ITSM industry trends to inform sales strategies and positioning of Jira Service ManagementSales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growthCustomer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions, focusing on value-based interactionsCross-functional Collaboration: Work with Account Executives, Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Partner Management teams to align on sales strategies and explore co-selling opportunitiesQualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience with Enterprise and Mid-Market level accountsExtensive experience in ITSM and ESM solution salesStrong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapeAbility to engage with C-level executives and technical audiencesProven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targetsFluent Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish language skills are preferredBenefits
