We are working with an independent structural engineering consultancy in Bristol which specialises in the design and delivery of contemporary, architecturally led buildings. After much planning and due diligence, this business has begun their search for an engineer at either a senior or principal level who can progress into a place on the senior management team. This role is a key part of the team succession plan. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware engineer who wants to take a leading role in project delivery, client relationships and the development of junior colleagues. Experience across large-scale commercial, industrial, logistics or specialist building projects would be beneficial, but the right attitude, leadership ability and willingness to contribute to a growing team are equally important.
