Empowering Learning is seeking experienced and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers for flexible, day-to-day roles across a range of primary schools in North Birmingham, Erdington area. Each school has its own unique ethos, but all share a commitment to inclusive education, pupil wellbeing, and creating safe and supportive learning environments. Whether you prefer Early Years, KS1 or KS2, we can match you with the settings that best suit your skills and interests.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in UK primary schools
* Be confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
* Be flexible, reliable and quick to build rapport with children and staff
* Be proactive in classroom management and adaptable to different school policies
* Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
