Key Responsibilities Compile and upload monthly insurance bordereaux Prepare Netherlands insurance tax reports (reporting only) Manage portal access and uploads Process partner invoices, statements, and corporate payments Coordinate Professional Indemnity and group policy renewals Monitor shared mailboxes and route queries Handle Docusign contracts and approvals Liaise with brokers and support regulatory applications and Board appointments Requirements 5+ years experience in finance, compliance, or related field Experience working with insurance partners, regulators, or tax authorities Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Proactive, accurate, and solutions-focused team player Excellent communication ..... full job details .....
