ICT Site Services Analyst
As ICT Site Services Engineer, you will deliver hardware and software support, manage site infrastructure, and ensure compliance with ICT standards. You''ll work across multiple technologies and collaborate with users at all levels.Responsibilities:Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devicesDeliver and install ICT hardware and software in line with company proceduresMaintain accurate site documentation and contribute to the ICT knowledgebaseEnsure systems are patched and meet current security standardsSupport LAN, telephony, and mobile connectivity solutionsCollaborate with development teams for application rolloutsUphold ICT policies and standards at site levelRequired Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT support rolesStrong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365Experience with Active Directory, user accounts, and permissionsFamiliarity with MECM, Crowdstrike, and encryption tools is a plusAbility to diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issuesStrong communication skills and ability to support users at all levelsSelf-motivated, able to work independently and under pressureWillingness to travel to other company locationsContract Details:Start Date: ASAPContract Type: FreelanceDuration: 3 monthsWorkload: Full-timeLocation: Onsite with travel (Northern Ireland)Timezone: GMT working hoursLet op: vacaturefraudeHelaas komt vacaturefraude steeds vaker voor.
