Your mission As part of CALM''s small, multi-skilled Product Team, you will lead the development, optimisation and delivery of digital products that support our mission and improve the experience for fundraisers, service users, supporters, subscribers and other audiences. You will manage products across CALM''s digital portfolio - including the website, mobile app, chatbot and CRM - and bring proven experience in both website (desktop and mobile) and mobile app product management. Your profile Responsibilities Product Strategy and Delivery Deliver the product strategy, as defined by the Senior Product Manager. Own the optimisation of CALM''s products, optimising user experience, accessibility, and performance. Create, maintain, and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Define user stories with acceptance criteria and guide development teams through delivery. Manage products through all stages of the lifecycle: discovery, design, development, launch, optimisation, and iteration. User Experience and Insight Act as a UX lead mapping and optimising user journeys across web and mobile, ensuring they are intuitive, inclusive, and insight-led. Generate user insights through research, usability testing, and data analysis, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
