Customer Service Representative

The Role of the Customer Service Representative Office Based role in Bracknell, Monday to Friday 9-5 Functions as customer service contact for all customers who receive delivery of stock from the UK and Ireland. Processing of all orders in a timely and professional manner, including logistics aspects of the role i.e. picking/packing orders Respond to customers requests for literature and materials support. Processing of the company s customer complaints and product returns in compliance with company procedures and US FDA and international regulatory requirements for medical devices. Assist and provide customers with technical assistance when required. Build sustainable relationships with customers and company Territory Managers through open and interactive communication. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. Welcome Email / New Customer Call / Follow up Calls Interact with accounting to maintain accurate customer accounting records. Maintain and improve systems for order processing and customer activity.
