The successful Finance Assistant will join a dynamic accounts team and be offered comprehensive exposure to various critical financial functions, essential for the smooth operation of their busy Finance Department. Day-to-day of the role: Treasury / Cash Management: Handle daily receipts and allocations to ensure accurate financial tracking. Client Reporting: Generate and manage client statements, remittances, and VAT reporting, ensuring clear and precise financial communication with clients. Credit Control: Implement effective credit control procedures to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk. Purchase Ledger Management: Oversee the purchase ledger to ensure all expenditures are accurately recorded and reconciled. Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the finance team, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
