In this role, you will be working on a 1:1 basis with a KS4 student who requires consistent emotional and behavioural support. You will help them manage their emotions, stay on task, and engage with learning, using tailored strategies agreed with the wider support team. You must be patient, understanding, and able to maintain clear boundaries while fostering a positive and trusting relationship.School
