The RoleThe Group Head of HSE is a key leadership role, reporting directly into the Board of Directors and responsible for shaping and delivering the HSE strategy across the organisation.The role oversees Health, Safety and Environmental across live construction sites, regional offices and showrooms/sales offices. Working closely with the Executive Team, Construction Directors, Site Managers and subcontractors, the successful candidate will build a positive safety culture, ensure legal compliance, reduce organisational risk and create a modern, commercially focused health and safety function that adds value across the business.
