This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring someone who can build strong senior relationships while driving high-quality outcomes from mobilisation through to implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesClient DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream consulting engagementsDevelop diagnostics, business cases, operating models, and strategic roadmapsPresent clear, compelling recommendations to senior (C-suite) stakeholdersManage project risks, timelines, budgets, and overall qualityClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to grow and expand existing engagementsAct as a credible advisor on strategic and operational challengesPractice DevelopmentContribute to business development activities (proposals, pitches, market engagement)Support development of methodologies, thought leadership, and internal assetsMentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a high-performance cultureRequired Experience and Skills10+ years'' experience in management consulting (ideally within a recognised consultancy or Big 4 environment)Proven ability to independently lead large, complex engagementsStrong analytical and structured ..... full job details .....
