Working as part of a team, the Housing Officer will provide intensive housing management support to vulnerable residents, monitor the general safety and wellbeing of residents and help ensure building standards are maintained. The Housing Officer will also support inspections, repairs reporting, contractor access, resident involvement, viewings, sign-ups, safeguarding reporting and the preparation of void rooms for allocation.
