Construction Litigation Lawyer

with

3–6 years of post-qualification experience

to be part of a collaborative and high-performing practice acting for

contractors, government bodies, developers, funders, and public authorities

across a range of major infrastructure and commercial projects.What You’ll Do:Advise on complex disputes involving energy, transport, power, infrastructure, retail, commercial, leisure, and utilities sectorsDraft, review and negotiate high-stakes legal documentation with precision and strategic insightContribute to business development initiatives and client seminarsLiaise directly with clients under the supervision of experienced partnersWork on both UK-based and international matters (experience in international disputes is a plus, but not essential)What We’re Looking For:? A qualified solicitor (England and Wales or Antipodean equivalent) with

solid experience in contentious construction matters? Deep knowledge of construction law and a sound grasp of the relevant procedures and industry contracts (e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC)? Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starting attitude? Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills? Strong client-facing skills and a collaborative team spirit?
