Key duties and responsibilities:- Follow daily production and launch-to-line plans.- Organise and sequence wheels for delivery directly to the production line.- Identify and rectify sequencing issues before wheels reach the fit station.- Inspect wheels for defects and source alternatives where required.- Carry out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) support activities.- Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects or concerns.- Ensure vehicles meet required quality standards prior to release.- Maintain a clean, organised working area to support efficient production.- Escalate issues promptly to minimise disruption to production. Skills and experience:- Previous automotive, production, PDI or vehicle preparation experience desirable.- Strong attention to detail.- Good organisational skills.- Proactive approach to problem-solving.- Ability to work from plans and adapt to changing priorities.- Good communication skills.- Reliable with a positive work ethic.
