The Role: As a Branch Manager, you ll be responsible for: Managing and growing our client base through business development and account management Recruiting and placing temporary and permanent candidates into industrial, logistics, or commercial roles Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Leading by example and supporting team members through development Working to and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs What We re Looking For: Proven success in previous recruitment role (industrial, driving, or commercial preferred) Strong business development skills you re confident on the phone and in face-to-face meetings Excellent communication and organisational abilities A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for recruitment A full UK driving licence (essential) What s In It For You?
