Position - Sheetmetal Fabricator / Welder Supervisor The company is a small specialised engineering company that is looking to expand their Engineering and manufacturing team. They are looking to strengthen the team with an experienced Sheet metal fabricator welder and team Supervisor/ This role reports into the Works Manager and is to supervise the fabrication and Wleding team. We are ideally looking for a hands on welder / Fabricator that is looking for the opportunity to move into a superviors role. Roughly 20% of your time will be looking after the team and enssuring that they have all they need to produce high quality, cost-effective fabrications in support of the business, for new and used machinery. The company has a 39hrs/week - Mon -Thurs 07 00 and Fri 07 00 Hourly rate Circa £22.00 - depending upon skills and experience. All our welders are coded, and require the same for anyone new, we would put them through for coding when we next requalify our guys.
