We are currently looking for a keen Payroll Administrator to join our busy team in Leicester. Hours of Work: This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 37.5 hours spread over five days each month. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, processing the monthly payroll for approximately 230 colleagues across six Group companies. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of payroll, from adding new starters to complying with HMRC guidelines, pension administration, and generating necessary reports for our Finance Department. You will ensure our colleagues receive their hard-earned money accurately and on time, contributing to maintaining the strong commitment we have towards our team. Payroll Administrator Requirements: Minimum of two years payroll administration experience. Experience with Pegasus Opera payroll or similar payroll software. Knowledge of pension administration. Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Payroll Administrator Benefits: Competitive salary.
