This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role that combines high-quality classroom teaching with strategic curriculum oversight in a specialist SEMH setting.The Role: As Lead Teacher, you will be the pedagogical heartbeat of the Newton Heath Learning Centre. Working in a powerful partnership with the Student Services Manager, you will lead by example-modelling "Quality First" teaching in English and at least one other subject, while providing the pastoral stability our vulnerable students need to thrive.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Quality: Quality assure the delivery of the entire curriculum across your centre, conducting monitoring and evaluation to drive standards.SEND Intervention: Collaborate with the MSPRU SEND department to identify learning barriers and implement high-impact interventions.Pastoral Leadership: Act as a champion for your students, advocating for their needs and ensuring the best possible outcomes for those excluded from mainstream education.Strategic Growth: Support the Senior Leadership Team in implementing policies that reflect our commitment to excellence and transformative education.Why ..... full job details .....
