We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy Voids Team, carrying out electrical works to empty social housing properties and getting homes safe, compliant and ready for new tenants.

The role will include:
££ Electrical testing and inspections
£ Fault finding and repairs
££ Electrical installations and upgrades
££ Making void properties safe and compliant
££ Completing works to a high standard and helping reduce void turnaround times

You’ll need:
£ NVQ / AM2 or equivalent
£ 2391 Testing and Inspection or equivalent
£ Current 18th Edition
£ Full UK Driving Licence
£ Social housing / void experience advantageous

The role will predominantly cover Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and surrounding areas, with occasional work around Portsmouth and Guildford.
