Attention all Architectural Technicians!

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a global leading multidisciplinary consultancy, in a contract position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (2 days a week) from our client''s Reading or London office. This opportunity involves working on exciting high rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.

-Prepare and manage drawings, specifications, and related documents.

-Ensure designs meet UK Building Regulations and industry standards.

-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members.

-Attend site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings.

What we are looking for:

-Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.

-Must have residential project experience.

-Revit experience is essential, must also be proficient in AutoCAD.

-Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

-Strong communication and organisational skills.

-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
