Our client is a successful and well-established manufacturer. They are looking for a Laser Operator / Laser Machine Operative with an in-date FLT license to join their team. You will be responsible for operating a laser cutting machine to produce high-quality components. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various materials, particularly sheet metal. The Laser Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production meets the required specifications and quality standards. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: You have an in-date Counterbalance FLT license, with Forklift Truck experience. Proficient in operating laser cutting machinery with a strong understanding of its mechanics. Experience working with sheet metal. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with hand tools and tooling techniques relevant to the fabrication process. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
