Behaviour Support Assistant A specialist school in Slough is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and emotionally attuned Behaviour Support Worker to support children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.Many of the students have experienced trauma, neglect, adverse childhood experiences, and disrupted educational journey and in turn require consistent, nurturing support to help them feel safe, regulated, and ready to learn.This is a rewarding role where you will support vulnerable students with emotional regulation, confident, communication skills and aid them in developing positive coping strategies.
