Deputy Manager Children s Residential HomeSE LondonPermanent 40 hours per week£38,000 £45,000 per annum + performance bonusesWe are working on behalf of a well-established children s residential care provider to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager for one of their homes in SE London.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to play a key role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.The RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
