RG Setsquare are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a well established contractor on a commercial contract. You will play a key role in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard.As part of the team, you''ll be responsible for the upkeep of commercial sites - ensuring they remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.The Role will be working on a temp to perm basisHours of work are 6:30am-4:30pmPay Rate 12.21-13ph PAYEKey Responsibilities:Carry out grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, pruning, and general horticultural tasksOperate and maintain machinery and tools (e.g. mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers)Perform general grounds duties including litter picking, leaf clearing, and weed controlEnsure safe working practices in line with company health and safety proceduresWork independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficientlyProvide excellent customer service when interacting with the public or clients on-siteAbout You:Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture preferredAble to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely and effectivelyGood level of physical fitness - the role is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in all weatherA proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethicFull UK driving licence (essential)PA1/PA6 pesticide certification (desirable but not essential)If you would like to learn more in regards to the role then contact Shay on the ..... full job details .....
