As my client grows, they are looking for an ambitious Associate/Partner level building surveyor to join their growing Newcastle team and develop a Project and Building Consultancy offering.Responsibilities: Financial reporting for management meetings Customer care and client management Managing refurbishment projects for key clients, including contract administration Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of public and private sector buildings/sites to confirm to the latest building regulations and technical standards Carrying out building surveys, including condition surveys Taking particulars on site, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates, planning maintenance programmes and administering contracts for maintenance work Monitoring progress and quality of building work on site.Requirements: Relevant degree qualified - RICS approved Consultancy experience, preferably with commercial sector project experience Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledgeIf you feel that you are right for this role technically, but the salary, location or seniority does not suit you specifically then please still feel free to send us your CV.
