We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Head of Corporate Finance to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the finance leadership team to lead, challenge, and enhance our financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across group and local entities.Key Responsibilities:Stay current with evolving accounting standards and guidance, including relevant local and group GAAP, ensuring best-in-class financial reporting.Lead the production and control of quarterly management accounts for the UK insurance entities.Contribute to the design and implementation of effective financial controlsCollaborate with the Group Head of FPA and Group Head of Finance to develop and enhance actual vs. budget reporting and analysis.Continuously challenge and refine the assumptions behind the Group consolidation process.Liaise with outsourced partners to gather, verify, and compile data for the preparation of group and solo entity financial statements.Build strong working relationships with finance colleagues and stakeholders across the business through effective business partnering.About You:Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in consolidated and statutory reporting.Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of financial reporting in a dynamic and growing organisation.
