This position will focus on driving corporate sponsorship, fundraising events, small grants, digital fundraising, and individual giving. The role is pivotal in increasing supporter contacts and building relationships to further the charity''s mission and community impact.Key Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy and Contribution Contribute to the development and implementation of the charity''s Fundraising Strategy, working towards agreed targets.Provide innovative and creative ideas for new fundraising streams to enhance income generation.Regularly report progress to the Head of Fundraising and Governance against agreed targets and key achievements. Volunteer and Event Management Organise, supervise, and support fundraising volunteers, ensuring their contributions are fully utilised for maximum benefit.Plan, co-ordinate, and execute fundraising events and challenges throughout the year, ensuring their success and impact.
