Support sales teams throughout the sales process, from prospecting to onboardingCoordinate RFP responses, marketing campaigns, and internal reportingManage data quality and prepare management information for senior leadershipAssist with due diligence, client documentation, and contract administrationContribute to process improvements using digital toolsProfile required

Some experience or interest in securities sales or banking environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in English; French language skills highly desirableGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis role is primarily operational and administrative, ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating projects and supporting commercial teams behind the scenes.Why join us
