This flagship site requires a forward-thinking manager with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility for day-to-day contract delivery across the site Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed in line with SLAs and KPIs Management and supervision of on-site engineering and support teams Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews Financial management of the contract including PandL ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Identify and implement service improvements, efficiencies, and innovations Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control of third-party services Conduct regular audits, reports, and performance reviews Leverage building management systems (BMS) to optimise building performance and proactively resolve issues What You ll Need: Proven experience as an FM Contract Manager in a high-end or corporate building environment ..... full job details .....
