Your new role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders across the business, providing insight, challenge, and financial support to drive performance.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with operational leaders to support commercial decision-making and business growth
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across multiple sites
• Delivering meaningful analysis and actionable insights into business performance
• Supporting month-end reporting and variance analysis
• Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Producing reporting packs and presenting financial results to key stakeholders
• Supporting strategic projects, new site openings, and investment decisions
• Helping to embed a strong commercial finance culture across the business

What you''ll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance role
• Hospitality, leisure, retail or other multi-site sector experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance audiences
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen
• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
