VACANCY: Estate Agency - Senior Lettings Negotiator

Are you an energetic and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for an exciting opportunity? If so we would like to hear from you! Our client are a well established multi-branch Estate Agency and are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings team in their Brentwood office.  Being offered with high commission earnings, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Deal with all Letting enquiries by telephone, email and face to face
• Matching tenants to the right properties and providing relevant information
• Organising and carry out property viewings
• Liaising with tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals where applicable
• Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering exceptional customer service
• Carrying out market appraisals for future Lets and converting to listings
• Promote properties by social media and advertising platforms
• Keep up to date with current legislation
• Any ad-hoc duties that may arise

Senior Lettings Negotiator Skills needed:

• Previous Lettings Negotiator experience is essential
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong team player and ability to work under pressure
• Smart and professional appearance
• Driven and ambitious to achieve targets
• Full UK licence and access to own car
