Job Title: New Homes Sales Manager Location: Leatherhead Salary: Base salary of £27,000 - £30,000 with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months, and a realistic OTE of £40,000 - £45,000 Work Pattern: Monday to Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm. 2-week rota: Week 1: 4 days during the week + Saturday working supporting development launches, open days and show homes.
