We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead Supported Living and Community Supported Living services supporting adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.

• Manage Supported Living and Community Supported Living services
• Ensure CQC compliance and regulatory standards are maintained
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff teams
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and assessments
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and service performance
• Build positive relationships with families and professionals
• Support service growth and development

• Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Experience managing Supported Living services
• Strong understanding of autism and complex needs
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience with budgets, rotas, and quality assurance

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
• Previous Registered Manager experience
• Service development experience
