Senior IT Support Technician £35,000 to £40,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including bonus, pension, 23 days holiday, healthcare scheme, incentives and excellent training and development plans etc. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior IT Support Technician to join an established and growing organisation based in central Reading. They are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to become a key member of their small internal IT team on a permanent basis. The Senior IT Support Technician will provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business, taking ownership of more complex and escalated technical issues while also helping to maintain and improve the wider IT environment. Alongside day-to-day support, you will also play a key part in upcoming IT projects and improvement work.
