Renewable Energy ElectricianLocation: North West, covering Greater Manchester and surrounding areas Contract: Permanent, full-time Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 Progression: Opportunity to develop into supervision and project deliveryThe OpportunityAn established and growing renewable energy contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Renewable Energy Electrician to support projects across the North West.This is a varied, hands-on role combining renewable technologies with general electrical installations across domestic properties, social housing and occasional commercial sites. Strong domestic experience is essential, while commercial and three-phase experience would be advantageous.You will take responsibility for work from the initial survey through to installation, testing, commissioning and final handover. Depending on the project, you may work independently or alongside a wider delivery team, including roofers, heating engineers, plumbers, subcontractors and site management.Key ResponsibilitiesInstalling, connecting and commissioning solar PV systems, inverters and battery storage equipmentInstalling and testing domestic and commercial EV charging pointsCompleting general domestic electrical work, including rewires, new circuits, consumer units, lighting, sockets, cooker supplies, extractor fans and remedial worksCarrying out EICRs, initial verification, fault-finding and associated remedial testingProducing accurate EICs, Minor Works Certificates, EICRs and renewable ..... full job details .....
