Job Title: Material Controller - StoresLocation: Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, TW16 7EFSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceWorking pattern: Permanent, full-time, site-based TPA Recruit is supporting an established aerospace manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Material Controller - Stores to join its Operations team in Sunbury-on-Thames. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Material Controller - Stores will support the accurate receipt, storage, control, kitting and dispatch of components and materials. The role requires a practical, hands-on approach and a strong focus on material traceability, documentation accuracy and meeting production and repair schedules. This position is suited to someone with experience across Stores, Goods-In and Dispatch who can prioritise a varied workload and work confidently within a quality-controlled engineering or aerospace environment. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive components and materials from customers and suppliers.Check goods-in documentation, inspect deliveries and complete stock acceptance processes.Pick, kit and issue components against Works Orders to support production and repair turnaround schedules.Maintain full traceability of materials throughout Operations.Complete material receipts, put-aways, booking-in and dispatch transactions accurately.Process daily picks, Works Orders and subcontract movements.Monitor shelf-life-controlled materials and take appropriate action before expiry.Identify kit shortages, stock ..... full job details .....
