Location: Bristol (with regular travel to Swansea and ad hoc travel to Kent) Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: Competitive basic + bonus Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, pension, life assurance, well-being support, cycle to work scheme Additional: On-call rota (1 in 4 weekends) Note: Open to applicants interested in an Engineering Apprenticeship (Bristol area only) Key Responsibilities Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on landfill gas engines and associated systems Perform planned servicing and repairs to minimise engine downtime Maintain low voltage (LV) electrical systems in safe working condition Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently Commission and exchange generators and telemetry-connected systems Manage the gas field to ensure sustainable fuel supply and proper gas control Conduct air emissions monitoring using appropriate equipment Implement environmental spill response and control measures Maintain site logs and service records accurately for compliance and traceability Operate to company operations and maintenance standards Collaborate with internal and external specialists to resolve technical issues Carry out site restoration and support long-term aftercare as needed Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance Ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental policies Follow safe working procedures and proactively identify hazards Support environmental legislation ..... full job details .....
