building strong client relationships ? We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and self-motivated

Associate Research Director

to join our

Oxfordshire research team , working on global client accounts. This is a client-facing role within the research team, with the primary aim of developing medium to large accounts. You will be using your previous experience to grow, manage and maintain client relationships whilst being responsible for the quality of project delivery.

Responsibilities

Leading on client relationship management

Research design, proposal writing and taking responsibility for the quality of project delivery

Adding value to debrief presentations via data interpretation and commercial awareness

Building and establishing strong and long-term relationships with clients through business development

Adding real insight at the debrief stage

Managing and mentoring junior members of the team

Qualifications

Agency experience (ideally ad hoc) is essential for this role

Relevant research experience within the food, drink, household and personal care industry

Product testing experience is ideal

Experience within both small and large agencies would be beneficial

Quant experience is essential and qual is desirable

Strong self-management and communication skills
