HR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors) - Permanent - London/Hybrid - £50,000 per annumMy client, a global Law firm based in London, is currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors) on a permanent basis.Maintain the Firms HRIS on ensuring the system is working as effectively as possible, developing technical efficiency and supporting enhancements and integrationsSupport the delivery of the HR Systems roadmap including project based work in Employee Central (EC), Performance and Goal Management, Reporting and Employee Central PayrollWork with internal teams (IT, Finance) where necessary to plan, build and implement new HRIS integrations and support maintenance of current connectionExecute regular system processes such as imports/bulk updates, configuration changes, management of permission roles and onboarding document updatesSupport with regular data cleanses and reconciliations.Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to system limitations as well as troubleshooting system issues and ensure appropriate stakeholders are involvedPrevious experience of working with SAP/Success Factors, ideally with a sound understanding of ECP and GUIIdeally System Admin SFX Accreditation as well as sound knowledge of EC, PMGM and Reporting modules.Intermediate skills in MS Excel (specifically ''vlookups'', pivot tables, ''if'' formulas etc.)Understanding of data protection regulations eg GDPRHR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors) - Permanent - London/Hybrid - £50,000 per ..... full job details .....
