We''re working with a dynamic and growing business looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of an experienced Finance Manager. This is a key leadership role, managing a team responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, client invoicing, and system integrity across multiple sites.The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the client accounts function, ensuring robust controls and efficient processes. The role combines team leadership, client relationship management, and hands-on involvement with core finance systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead the client accounts function, ensuring timely and accurate monthly invoicing and reportingManage and support a team of approx. 12 direct reportsHandle client relationships and drive resolution of financial queriesEnsure accurate setup and maintenance of financial data within internal systemsReview general ledger structures, location hierarchies, and operational changesOversee balance sheet reconciliations and review outputs using reconciliation toolsManage the upload and ongoing maintenance of budgetsWork closely with the Projects Manager on system integrations and business changeDrive continuous improvements in finance processesProvide support to the Finance Director on strategic projects and ad-hoc initiativesAbout You:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and business ..... full job details .....
