The ideal candidate will have a passion for teamwork, productivity, and delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Manager: Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.Liaise with all team members to ensure processes and quality standards are met.Provide accurate estimated completion dates in line with targets.Ensure workshop safety, PPE compliance, and health and safety regulations are followed.Conduct quality checks on vehicles to maintain high standards.Report to the Regional Manager with daily updates on performance. What We Are Looking For from a Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Manager: At least two years of experience in an Accident Repair setting.Previous experience as a manager, senior, or team leader in a bodyshop environment.A full UK Driving Licence.A proactive, forward-thinking approach to leadership.A passion for teamwork, productivity, and achieving results.
