We are recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a leading operational multi-site business. This is a high-profile role where you will partner closely with senior operational stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenge, and support to drive business performance and profitability across multiple sites. You will work directly with the Area Director and wider operational leadership team, helping to influence key strategic and commercial decisions. Travel across the South of England will be required. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with operational management, acting as a trusted commercial finance partner.Deliver insightful financial analysis, KPIs, and management information to support decision-making and drive performance improvements.Review monthly management accounts, providing detailed variance analysis and clear commentary on financial results.Present monthly financial performance to senior finance and operational stakeholders.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.Manage CAPEX reporting and forecasting, ensuring expenditure remains aligned to budget.Identify and implement opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and business processes.Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a strong financial control environment.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Analysts.
