The role acts as the operational hub of the business, supporting Directors, managing office staff, improving processes and ensuring a high level of customer service across multiple departments.Key duties will include:Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and operational functionsManage and support office staff, allocating workloads and providing trainingDevelop, implement and continually improve company processes and proceduresProduce operational reports and management information for DirectorsAttend management meetings and produce detailed minutes and action plansAct as the central point of contact between departments to ensure effective communicationManage office suppliers and service providers, purchasing office equipment and consumables ensuring the smooth running of the officeEnsure meeting rooms and office environments remain fully operational.Manage diaries, meetings and travel arrangementsArrange UK and international travel, including flights, hotels, vehicle hire and ..... full job details .....
