Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Consultant in our London office, you will:

• Source and interview education professionals for roles across London schools
• Write compelling candidate profiles and market them to clients
• Build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues in the sales team
• Support with candidate placements and compliance processes
• Work towards weekly performance targets and KPIs
• Receive commission from your first placement

Training & Development

Our Impact Academy ensures that you receive hands-on training and personal mentoring from some of the top performers in the industry. After your first year, you''ll progress onto a sales desk with additional training in:

• Business Development and client acquisition
• Negotiation and rate management
• Customer retention and candidate relationship management
• Safeguarding and education sector compliance
