The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our SEMH schools based in Chelsea on a long-term, full-time basis. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be providing dedicated 1:1 support to a student with SEMH needs, helping them to engage with learning both inside and outside of the classroom. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will need to build strong relationships, manage challenging behaviour effectively and provide emotional and academic support throughout the school day. Experience working within an SEMH setting or supporting students with behavioural difficulties is essential. An enhanced DBS on the update service is also required.

The School - SEN Teaching Assistant
The school is an SEMH provision based in Chelsea catering for students aged 11-16 years old. The school provides a supportive and structured environment for students with social, emotional and mental health needs and is staffed by a dedicated team focused on student progress and wellbeing. The school also offers regular CPD and training opportunities for staff.
