The Health andamp; Safety Manager is responsible for managing and advising on the Health and Safety Function - Managing risk, conducting audits, investigation of incidents and implementing health and safety management systems. Responsible for ensuring standards are maintained as well as compliance surrounding health and safety strategy. Key Skills andamp; Responsibilities:Keep accurate records of fire safety, accidents, first aid, and precautionary measures.Analyse accident and near-miss trends to improve Handamp;S policies and risk assessments.Manage emergency arrangements and maintain a hazard log.Support environmental, COSHH, FRA, DSE, and personal risk assessments, developing Safe Systems of Work.Investigate incidents, ensuring timely corrective actions.Ensure essential Handamp;S training is included in the Matrix and completed by employees.Deliver workplace safety training and inductions.Conduct audits to identify hazards and improvements.Promote a strong safety culture with employee participation.Oversee Handamp;S communication, including the Health andamp; Safety Committee.Maintain and enhance Handamp;S systems (HSG65/ISO 45001).Collaborate with stakeholders for effective ..... full job details .....
