You must have previous experience working as a head accountant or head of finance. Head of Finance / Group Accountant Role Overview Experience of managing a financial function, commercially astute and technically strong. Experience of working within an Owner Managed SME preferably in the Retail Motor Trade. Experience of producing monthly management accounts and forecasts Financial policy implementation regarding capital debt, debt, taxation, pension and insurance management Ensure robust systems and compliance for audit purposes Experience of ensuring regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met Experience of management of cash and working capital Head of Finance / Group Accountant Requirements: Previous experience working as a Head of Finance / Group Accountant is essential. Be an experienced leader of a finance department Qualified member of an accountancy body with practical experience in the field (CIMA, ACMA,ACWA) is preferred but part qualified and experienced considered.
