We support young people and adults, between the age of 16 - 25, that have autism with additional learning needs and associated complex behaviours across day, 38 and 52 week placements. Our college aims to enrich and support students as they enter this important part of adulthood. Due to growth, we are recruiting for Youth Support Workers to join our team. Our mission is to make extraordinary days, everyday by giving our young people the skills and support to shine their brightest No two days are ever the same and that is what makes this role exciting! You might find yourself: On cinema or theatre trips with the young people.Visiting Longleat, Kingston Maurward animal park or National Trust properties.Supporting our young people in the community with activities such as horse riding, swimming, bowling, running and shopping.Supporting the young people in the gym teaching about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
